Avoid Riding Electric Scooters on Wet Surfaces

Electric scooters are made up of several electric components, which may fail if exposed to water. Electric scooters are typically meant for dry hard surfaces.
WARRANTY

The warranty on the frame and the battery is 1 year.

A full refund will only be approved under the following conditions:

Any defects must be reported in the first seven days of receiving the item.

Returns must be in original packaging including all additional items; the battery charger, keys, the seat (if applicable), tools and manuals.

Any defects after the first seven days and within the first thirty days of receiving the item that is not caused from accidental damage and is confirmed to be a product defect by our engineers then replacement parts will be provided at no cost to the customer. Any defects after the thirty days up to 1 year replacement parts will be provided at the customer’s expense.

If there are any problems please send a video clearly showing the problem and we will forward to our engineers for review and take the appropriate steps.

Accidental damage is not covered in the warranty.

RETURNS

Any returns must be packaged in the original packaging with everything that came with it, including the battery charger, the manual, tools and the keys in order to receive a full refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the item to be sent back.
